How does pricing work in NGN versus USD?
Nigerian customers are invoiced in Naira at the listed price. International customers are invoiced in USD. Conversion is locked at billing creation and does not float month-to-month.

What counts as a 'contract' for the monthly cap?
A contract is any document you draft from scratch, analyse for risk, or run negotiation simulation against. Re-ingesting documents into your firm's historical corpus does not count.

Is my firm's contract data used to train models for other customers?
No. Your historical corpus is isolated to your organisation. Fine-tuned models on the Firm and Enterprise tiers are tenant-scoped.

Do you support Nigerian governing law specifically?
Yes. The drafting agent is prompted with Nigerian commercial law context by default and can be extended to specified foreign jurisdictions on request.

What happens if I exceed my monthly contract cap?
Overage contracts are billed at the per-document rate for your tier (₦3,000 / $2 on Solo, ₦2,000 / $1.50 on Team). You can also upgrade mid-cycle and the difference is prorated.
